The mission of the Center for Safety & Change is to develop strategies to end gender-based violence and provide shelter and supportive services that empower survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse and other crimes. Center for Safety & Change provides both residential and non-residential services for survivors of intimate partner violence and their families, as well as targeted outreach and education programs for the larger Rockland County community.
